For a 6ha precinct, we created the first‑of‑its‑kind Property View Calculator on a leading BIM 2.0 platform. This tool valued apartment outlooks while balancing developer margins with councils open‑space requirements. It provided instant gross revenue value feedback with every design shift, enabling optimisation of returns while maximising public amenity.

Recognising the potential of 20‑Minute Neighbourhoods, we identified adoption barriers due to the lack of measurable frameworks. We designed the Simple AI Tool to run hundreds of planning scenarios, optimising amenity placement and density distribution. The result: improved traffic flow and cost‑effective investment strategies for urban communities.

To address planning authority capacity constraints, we developed the global‑first automated planning tool eComply tool, the precursor to Archistar’s eCheck platform. This innovation pioneered the funding model known as “monetising inefficiencies”, where private tools bridge gaps until government builds digital capability. This positions government as digital leaders in the development and growth of the local digital economy so that it can compete at a global level.

As urbanisation and global supply chains expand, the demand for traceability and certification in construction is accelerating. We anticipate this shift by exploring digital workflows and blockchain solutions that enable regulation checks and payment solutions to scale without slowing delivery.

Central to our approach is the creation of an “innovation coefficient” — recognising that organisations must continually adapt their workforce, redistribute skills across project phases, and create space for operatives to innovate. By embedding this measure into staff planning, we help clients build the capacity to lead in a rapidly changing environment.
